Katherine Woodthorpe departs as Chief Executive of AVCAL

Katherine Woodthorpe, chief executive of the Australian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCAL), has announced she will step down after seven years in the role. Previously she was a director in numerous industry and not-for-profit organisations and is currently chair of the Antarctic Climate and Ecosystems Cooperative Research Centre.
