JANA Investment Advisers has announced that John Coombe, a principal consultant with the firm, will be rejoining the JANA board as an executive director.
Coombe was previously a director on the JANA board from 12 September 1996 to 14 December 2000, and then again from 2 May 2007 to 1 December 2017, when he was replaced by Fiona Dunn. Dunn has since been named chair and successor to long-serving incumbent, and former CEO, Ken Marshman.
JANA said of Coombe's appointment: "John was one of the first employees at JANA over 32 years ago and is deeply connected to the extensive JANA client base."
