IQ Group appoints Principal Consultant

IQ Group (IQ) has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Trevor Govender as a principal consultant, effective September 2019.

Govender has 25 years' industry experience, specialising in superannuation technology and operations. Most recently, he was head of customer service at Sunsuper, responsible for designing and implementing the "target operating model" to support Sunsuper's digital transformation. Before that, he was Sunsuper's head of information management.

In his new role at IQ, he "will be instrumental in partnering with IQ's clients in building better outcomes for customers," the firm said. He will also support the business development of IQ as a member of the senior leadership team.
