Insurance specialist MetLife has promoted Matt Lippiatt to the newly-created role of head of adviser experience. In his new role Lippiatt will look after the end-to-end adviser experience with the organisation.
The role sits in the customer and marketing arm of the business.
Lippiatt was previously the head of retail sales. That position has been filled by Meray El-Khoury.
Before joining MetLife, Lippiatt was an account manager for AMP focusing on insurance.
