Industry search firm Super Recruiters appoints chair

Wealth management executive recruiter Super Recruiters has appointed its new chair.

Cathy Doyle has executive experience across a variety of institutions both in and out of finance, including Rabobank, McDonalds Australia, and BNP Paribas.

As a director, Doyle has held positions on the AMP Super board, Mason Stevens, and the International Women's Forum Australia.

"I look forward to helping the HR leaders of wealth managers and super funds better position their organisation in the current and post-COVID world," said Doyle. "Humanised HR leaders who adapt and transform are our future.

"While there are a range of challenges for people in our organisations, there are also solutions," she said. "These range from simple ways to improve processes, including how to recruit people given social distancing, as well as what additional skills to look for - such as self-motivation, resilience and more."
