IAG appoints new Group Executive

IAG has announced the appointment of Christine Stasi as group executive people, performance and reputation, effective late October 2018.

Stasi will report directly to IAG managing director and CEO Peter Harmer.

Harmer said of her appointment: "I am very much looking forward to Christine joining IAG's leadership team. Given her significant experience across a range of industries, Christine will play a key role in helping to drive our company performance and bring to life our purpose - to make your world a safer place."

Stasi joins IAG from the Commonwealth Bank of Australia where she is Executive General Manager for Business & Private Banking and Institutional Banking & Markets. She has held senior positions across a range of industries including telecommunications, professional services and banking, and her experience includes Optus Communications, PricewaterhouseCoopers and NAB. Ms Stasi will start at IAG in late October.
