Hostplus real estate investment specialist departs

Industry superannuation fund Hostplus has confirmed the departure of its real estate investment specialist Kristopher Staltare.

Staltare has been with the $48 billion superannuation fund since early 2015.

As part of the real estate team, Staltare was responsible for origination, execution, and management of real estate investments on behalf of the fund.

Before joining Hostplus, Staltare spent several years with PwC's corporate value advisory in Sydney and as a valuation analyst at Deloitte Real Estate in London.

A spokesperson for the fund says they have not filled the position and are taking the opportunity to review the role.
