STEWART TILLYARD
Future Fund Management Agency - Head of Unlisted Property
DEPARTURE
FUTURE FUND MANAGEMENT AGENCY
Date: February 2020
Position: Head of Unlisted Property

After 11 years with the Future Fund, Stewart Tillyard is leaving the organisation.

Tillyard was appointed head of unlisted property in mid-2018.

According to the company, Tillyard was instrumental in the development of a property portfolio with exposures across Australia, the US, and Europe. The fund's property portfolio was valued at more than $10 billion at the end of 2019. Rainmaker data shows the Future Fund with exposure to more than $165 billion at that time.

During his time with the Future Fund, Tillyard served on internal investment approval committees and was the acting head of private equity.

"I'm very proud of the contribution of the property portfolio to Future Fund's overall success. It is a testament to the Future Fund team and its investment managers. I am looking forward to pursuing a new challenge", said Tillyard.

Deputy CIO, Wendy Norris, will take responsibility for the property team and portfolio as the business recruits for Tillyard's replacement.
