Frontier appoints Consultant as one of five new hires
Frontier Advisors has announced the appointment of Iain McMahon as a consultant in the firm's debt and currency team.
McMahon joins from J.P. Morgan’s London office where he has spent the last four years providing quantitative and qualitative portfolio analysis, and other risk management functions across a variety of asset classes, Frontier said.
McMahon is one of five new hires at Frontier this month. Paul Tulloch has been appointed as a senior consultant in the firm's alternatives and derivatives research team and will be joined by new associate Donna Davis; Ann Tran, with a background in economic research, will join the capital markets and asset allocation team; and Thushani de Silva, formerly of Zenith Investment Partners, Capital Alliance and PwC, will move into a client facing advisory role.
Commenting on the expanding team, Frontier Advisors CEO, Andrew Polson, said: "These roles represent a significant investment in developing our proposition for the rapidly evolving needs of our existing clients, in particular. In addition, they position us well as we grow into new markets."
Frontier flagged in January 2019 that it will also be appointing a new director of sector research. The firm expects to make this announcement soon.
