Former Westpac director joins InPayTech board
Former Westpac director Emma Dobson has joined the board of Integrated Payment Technologies.
Dobson is currently a member of the board of the Australian Business Software Industry Association and New Zealand Advisory Board for the standardisation of eInvoicing. She previously was involved in the SuperStream advisory council and helped Westpac, working closely with the ATO and Treasury.
InPayTech chair Don Sharp said that he's pleased to announce the appointment. "Miss Dobson's background as Member of the SuperStream Advisory Council and a Director at Westpac Institutional Bank, and being the catalyst in the Bank's establishment of its SuperStream/STP platform QuickSuper, makes her skills complementary to the Board's existing skill base and the intended strategic direction of the Company."
Dobson replaces Sandra Barns, who has left the board after more than a year in the role.
