Former Vanguard CIO joins SuperEd board

Digital advice provider SuperEd has announced the appointment of Chris Stevens to its board.

Stevens is the managing director and founder of digital strategy transformation consultancy Digital Frontier Partners, and formerly served as chief information officer and chief operations officer of Vanguard Asia Pacific.

SuperEd chair Jeremy Duffield said that Stevens' "expertise in developing digital strategy across multiple industries will help further advance SuperEd's work in building digital engagement and advice strategies."

Joining Stevens on the SuperEd board is Deborah Ralston, chair of the SMSF Association.

In welcoming both, Duffield said: "Deborah and Chris are terrific additions to the board of our growing company. They share the vision we have for broadening Australians' access to financial education and advice that improves financial well being. Their addition greatly strengthens SuperEd, and our subsidiary company, Retirement Essentials."
