Former NAB, ANZ HR specialist takes on advisers with Findex

Findex, which provides integrated financial advice and accounting services, has hired their first chief people officer.

Jane Betts has significant experience around the finance industry, having served as head of people with ANZ and NAB during their enterprise transformation project.

Findex CEO, Spiro Paule, says that the newly-created role will be essential for the business in the coming years. "We believe that our ability to retain and attract industry leading talent is what enables us to deliver best in class solutions to our clients and the broader market place."

Findex employs more than 3,000 people in Australia and New Zealand, representing more than 250,000 clients and $17 billion in funds.
