Former head of Madison Financial Group's business operations, David Hunt, has opened a wealth management consultancy.
In announcing the practice on LinkedIn, Hunt says the idea came to him during a break from work after leaving Madison earlier in the year.
"I will consult to advice practices, self licensed business, small licensees and product providers on a range of topics including governance, growth, product strategies and efficiency reviews. Having spent time in advice, governance, product and more recently the background licensee operations, I think I have a unique view to help wealth management businesses."
Before joining Madison FG in 2017, Hunt spent time as an adviser, planner, and advice coach at BT, CBA, and Colonial First State.
