Former HESTA Advice Exec moves to LUCRF

Former HESTA executive of advice strategy Justin McMinn has joined another industry fund, LUCRF, as a manager of the business development team. He will report to executive manager of distribution, Chris Deakin, who joined the organisation last year from IOOF.

In a statement to Financial Standard, Deakin said, "Justin has broad experience across leadership, business growth, member education and advice, strategy and technology enablement. He's successfully led large and diverse teams, bringing a strong blend of technical capability and leadership experience.

"Importantly, Justin's passion for putting members first and his considerable experience in industry super, make him very well placed to lead our business development team and contribute to the execution of the LUCRF Super growth strategy."
