First State Super has confirmed to Industry Moves the appointment of Roslyn Ramwell as an employer representative director, nominated jointly by the Secretary of Premiers & Cabinet and Secretary of Treasury, effective May 2019.
Ramwell, who is a professional company director, has over 25 years' superannuation experience in both the private and public sector, including a number of years with the Insurance and Superannuation Commission (now APRA). She also spent 12 years as chief executive officer of the Harwood Superannuation Fund.
Ramwell is a member of the board's claims review committee and risk, audit & compliance committee.
She replaces former employer representative director Philippa Smith.
