Fitzpatrick joins Wapshott at Claremont Global

Andrew Fitzpatrick has joined Claremont Global as an investment specialist, focusing on the Claremont Global Fund. "Claremont Global is a new name on the block but certainly not a new strategy," he said. "The high-conviction (10 - 15 company), fundamental and process driven strategy has been refined by a very experienced team of investment professionals and has consistently ranked in the top quartile of managers globally for the past 3 years.

"I'm looking forward to introducing the investment team and strategy to the broader industry."

Fitzpatrick reunites with Charlie Wapshott, Claremont's head of distribution. The two worked together at Cambridge Investment Partners. Fitzpatrick previously spent time in business development roles at Walsh & Company, Morgan Stanly, and Halifax Investment Services.
