First State Super appoints Group Executive Advice

First State Super has announced changes to its leadership team including the appointment of Sarah Forman as group executive advice, effective October 2019.

Forman was previously the national manager of BT Financial Advice, responsible for a team of approximately 600 employees.

In her new role, Forman will lead the development of First State Super's advice products and services and oversee a national network of approximately 200 planners. She takes over from Graeme Arnott, deputy CEO, who has been acting in the role during the executive search.

First State Super announced the integration of its advice business StatePlus in April 2019.

Also joining First State Super's leadership team is Peter Chun, former general manager, strategy and transformation at Colonial First State. Chun will replace departing acting group executive member growth Suzanne Holden.
