FinClear adds technology capability from Iress

Wealth management tech provider FinClear has added a technology delivery manager to their roster to help support the business' expansion in the coming years.

Lisa Pham comes from Iress where she had held a number of roles during her 14-year tenure with the organisation, most recently as a project manager supporting the organisation's move off of a legacy order management system.

FinClear CEO David Ferrall said that Pham will have a big role to play in the business going forward. "We've met huge and rapidly growing demand for our advice, clearing and execution technology over the past two years as industry looks to move away from outdated, inefficient business models. Lisa has a brilliant track record in delivering on significant technology projects, which will be invaluable for us and our clients as we continue to add depth to our product suite and welcome new clients to the FinClear family."

Pham will work out of FinClear's Melbourne office. She says she's been impressed with the traction FinClear has been able to gain in the short time they've been in the market. "Their offering is very straightforward and makes so much sense in a post-Hayne world. I look forward to contributing to a more efficient industry through this role."

FinClear was founded in 2016 to provide choice and flexibility to Australian firms requiring third-party clearing and other services around exchange-traded assets.
