FEW Founder steps back

JUDITH BECK
Financial Executive Women - Chair, FEW Advisory Board
APPOINTMENT
FINANCIAL EXECUTIVE WOMEN
Date: July 2020
Position: Chair, FEW Advisory Board

Financial Executive Women (FEW) founder Judith Beck is taking a step back from the day-to-day operations of the organisation she founded more than seven years ago.

Beck will remain with the organisation as chair of the FEW Advisory Board to "help ensure that FEW and the industry achieve their goals of equality for everyone," a spokesperson for the organisation wrote on their website.

Beck said that it's a good time to make the change, as the organisation recently appointed Alex Tullio as executive director. "After 7 years of developing FEW and growing to a successful stage, it is now time for FEW to take its next step of growth and expand even further with a digital capability and more resources for our members," said Beck.

"Few is all about passing the baton of experience to the next levels and this is my way of giving back to an industry that has been good to me."

Beck spent more than 26 years in finance recruitment, including as the managing director of Financial Recruitment Group and founded FEW in late 2012.
