Equity Trustees director retires

Equity Trustees non-executive director Alice Williams has retired from the organisation's board after more than 13 years of service.

Williams joined the fund in 2007, and her contributions were noted by new chair Carol Schwartz. She says that Williams, "has devoted considerable energy and expertise to the Remuneration, Human Resources and Nominations Committee. I also note Alice's longstanding service on the Advisory Committee of one of Equity Trustees' longest served, and oldest philanthropic trusts - the Alfred Felton Bequest."

Outside of her position with Equity, Williams holds several directorships including with Defence Health, Djerriwarrh Investments, and Cooper Energy. In her executive career, Williams worked across financial services as a portfolio manager, equities analyst, and management accountant at a variety of organisations including JP Morgan Investment Management, Hong Kong Bank of Australia, and Citibank in London.
