Energy Super strategic partnerships manager departs

Industry Moves understands that Roberta Albrecht, Energy Super's national manager for strategic partnerships, has departed the organisation. She's joined Colonial First State as a regional manager for the organisation's superannuation business. She will continue to be based in Brisbane.

Energy Super and LGIAsuper are in the process of merging with an expected completion date of 1 July 2021.

Albrecht spent the last decade with Energy Super in strategic partnerships and employer services roles. She previously held marketing and distribution roles with MAP Funds Management and business development roles with Garrisons Financial Planning.

This is a return to Colonial First State for Albrecht, who previously held a transition management role as part of the FirstChoice Sales Strategy, moving adviser businesses away from external providers to First Choice. A spokesperson for Colonial First State told Industry Moves that, in her new role, "Roberta is focused on driving positive member outcomes and relationships with employers and financial advisers."
