Wilson HTM managing director Andrew Coppin has resigned. The company said that Coppin had resigned to avoid a potential conflict of interest in his proposal to buy out the company's security business. Sandy Grant has been appointed acting chief executive. Coppin merged his firm, Coppin & Partners, with Wilson HTM in 2011.
