Crestone adds South Australian operational capacity
Crestone Wealth Management has made several appointments in SA to support the organisation's growth in the market.
Crestone chief Michael Chisholm said the business has seen a growing client base in Adelaide and regional SA over some time. "Our entrance into SA presents dual opportunity. Firstly, for [high net wealth] and [ultra-high net wealth] individuals based in SA, Crestone can provide access to a broader set of global diversified investment opportunities than may currently be available to them.
Kieran Purcell has joined Crestone from Morgans Financial, where he was the organisation's general manager for Adelaide. He also spent time as the state management for Macquarie's operations in SA.
Purcell's new team is composed of Sonya Brocklehurst, James McBride, Nicholas Hammersley, and Ida Wong Taylor.
Chisholm said the organisation's new hires bring a combination of experience and alignment with client interests. "Our South Australian presence is an exciting growth opportunity and so it was crucial to hire a team with depth of local experience, aligned to Crestone's strong client-centric culture. We believe it is a testament to our business model that Crestone can attract advisers of thiscalibre. Ultimately, this expansion supports our vision to be the first-choice advisory firm for wealthy individuals across Australia."
The organisation is finalising plans to open a new office in the Adelaide business precinct soon.
