Craig leaves AUI board

Jim Craig, the former chair of Macquarie Corporate Advisors, has left the board of Australian United Investment Company (AUI) after more than 11 years.

AUI chair Charles Good said, "Mr Craig will be greatly missed by the Board as a colleague and for his investment knowledge and judgment, and we thank him for his very significant contribution to the company as a director for more than 11 years."

Craig first joined AUI in 2009 and has been chair of the organisation's nomination and remuneration committee. Craig has held numerous directorships in the past few years including current roles as independent director and chair of the AustralianSuper investment committee. He remains executive chair of River Capital, a role he's held since 2010. He started his career as a solicitor for with Blake Dawson in the late 1980s.
