Count adds tech specialist from Centrepoint
Henry Cai has joined Count Financial as its new licensee systems training and support manager.
Cai joins Count from Centrepoint Alliance where he spent the last four years as an advice technology consulting, working across Xplan system administration and developing advice generation tools. He also spent time with Iress as a support analyst.
"We're always looking at new ways we can improve the advice delivery process and our priority at the moment is to upgrade our advice templates," said Count chief advice officer Andrew Kennedy. "So far, we have seen a 30% reduction in pages and a 40% reduction in the overall word count within our Statements of Advice. This saves time for our advisers and makes advice documents shorter and easier to understand for our clients."
Cai says he's excited to join Count as they revise their investments in technology for productivity gains.
