Costa AM CEO joins the board of Blue Orbit AM
Blue Orbit Asset Management, a Melbourne-based boutique investment firm focused on listed equity investments for institutional investors, has appointed Liza Whitmore as a director of its board, effective July 2019.
Whitmore is chief executive officer of Costa Asset Management and has been leading the firm since 2011. Previously, she held a senior management role with the Costa Group having begun working with the Costa Family in 2002. Her experience includes investment strategy, financial management, accounting and finance.
On the Blue Orbit Asset Management board, she joins chair Damien Green, who was appointed to the role in January 2018.
The firm was founded by former IFM Investors' investment director, Adam Randall, who serves as Blue Orbit's CEO and portfolio manager. Rounding out the team is Julie Andrews and Megan Talmage.
