Colonial First State Global Asset Management (CFSGAM) has announced that chief operating officer, Mark Steinberg, has been appointed as acting CEO following the departure of long-serving chief, Mark Lazberger.
Steinberg, who previously served as chief financial officer of CFSGAM before departing in 2015 for a stint as group chief financial officer at Cover-More, rejoined CFSGAM in September 2017, originally in the role of chief commercial and transformation officer.
Steinberg will act in the top job while a search is underway for Lazberger's successor.
