Co-chair appointed for First Super

Timber industry superannuation fund First Super, which also represents people in the paper, pulp, and furniture industries, has appointed a new co-chair. Mike Radda joined the organisation on the first of January, replacing Lisa Marty.

Radda brings more than 10 years of experience as in industry and as a superannuation director to his new role as an employer-nominated trustee. He is currently the regional sales director for international furniture maker Herman Miller Australia. He was formerly the CEO of the Furnishing Industry Association of Australia as well as CEO of Interlink Commercial Furniture and UCI.

Marty will leave the board in mid-2020 after nearly eight years on the board, having served as co-chair from 2016.
