Club Plus Super adds member experience head
Club Plus Super has brought Carolyn Tait aboard to head up the fund's member experience team. Tait will oversee the holistic member and employer experience for the $2.7 billion industry fund. Her remit includes both in-house call centres as well as digital, print, and face-to-face channels.
Tait's background in marketing financial organisations makes her a good fit for this type of hybrid role. Before joining Club Plus Super, she was the head of marketing for the wealth division of Macquarie Group. Prior to that, Tait was the head of customer marketing with AMP.
Club Plus Super chief executive Stefan Strano says they're excited about the ideas that Tait brings to the organisation. “Carolyn has deep expertise in customer journey design, enhanced by her experience with Human Centred Design methodology, and behavioural economics. She is the ideal person to integrate the work of our excellent customer service team with new technology for a seamless customer experience."
Founded in 1987 as a fund for employees of registered and licensed clubs, Club Plus Super has opened membership to anyone interested in joining.
