Client director named at Charles Taylor Adjusting

Richard Lance has been named as client director for service and tech provider Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA), which serves the global insurance market.

Lance brings more than 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as the Pacific claims manager for Marsh. In his new role ,Lance will be responsible for enhancing and growing the business alongside adjusters, ensuring the organisation's clients are able to make the most of Charles Taylor's products and services.
