ClearView Head of Advice promoted to COO

Listed diversified financial services firm, ClearView, has announced the promotion of Tanya Seale to the role of chief operating officer, licensee solutions.

Seale was previously head of advice for ClearView's dealer groups, Matrix Planning Solutions (Matrix) and ClearView Financial Advice, responsible for technical services, paraplanning, CRM, research liaison and compliance. Prior to this, she held the same role at Matrix before its acquisition by ClearView in 2014.

Seale's promotion coincides with ClearView's launch of dealer services offer, LaVista Licensee Solutions, which will be led by former ClearView business development head, Mike Pope. Also in a new role is former head of strategic advice, Allison Dummett, who has been promoted to chief executive officer of ClearView's dealer groups.

Seale, along with Dummett and Pope, will report to general manager, group licensee, Todd Kardash.
