ClearView appoints State Manager for NSW/ACT

Listed financial services firm, ClearView, has appointed Michael Fox as state manager for NSW/ACT, effective March 2018.

In this role, Fox will be responsible for helping build support for the group's life insurance and wealth management solutions in the IFA market. He will report to Christopher Blaxland-Walker, ClearView's general manager of distribution.

Fox joined ClearView as a business development manager in mid-2017. Prior to this, he worked at BT Financial Group.

Commenting on his promotion, Blaxland-Walker said: "Michael is an experienced sales executive who has spent the past 15 years working closely with financial advisers and licensees, and managing high performing sales teams. He is extremely well-regarded by advisers and his peers, and we feel fortunate to have such a standout internal candidate step up to fill this important role."

Fox has replaced Kathryn Williamson who, last month, was promoted to head of distribution strategy.
