Christian Super CIO Tim Macready is leaving the organisation after 15 years. He is taking on at full-time role at impact investing firm Brightlight Impact Advisory; he has been serving as chief investment officer with Brightlight since mid-2016.

Reflecting on Macready's tenure with the organisation, a spokesperson for the fund said that Macready has provided investment leadership that has grown the fund significantly, making the organisation an industry leader and pioneer in ethical and impact investing. "This is reflected in the many global and domestic awards the fund has won for its approach to faith-aligned investing."

Before joining Christian Super, Macready was an actuarial analyst with Aon.

The $1.6 billion fund has appointed former ANZ Wealth CIO Mark Rider as Macready's replacement.
