Chi-X Australia appoints Business Development Executive

Stock exchange and derivatives market operator, Chi-X Australia, has announced the appointment of Adrian Fyffe as a business development executive.

Fyffe, who has over ten years of business and product development experience within the financial services sector, joins from financial-technology solutions provider, IRESS, where he served as head of institutional and online trading services.

In his new role, Fyffe will be responsible for sales to all of Chi-X's customers "with a focus on market data and Chi-X unique products including the recently launched Transferable Custody Receipts (TraCRs)", the firm said.

Chi-X Australia chief executive, Vic Jokovic, added: "Mr. Fyffe's appointment was a strategic move given the firm's various innovations and developments in the pipeline... [his] technical knowledge of financial services product development and experience in driving product awareness makes him a valuable addition to the team and we are pleased to welcome him to Chi-X Australia."
