Centuria Property Funds appoints Fund Manager

Centuria Property Funds has announced the appointment of Jesse Curtis as fund manager of Centuria Industrial REIT (CIP), effective 14 October 2019.

Curtis has experience in industrial real estate having held a number of roles across asset management, portfolio management and capital transactions with large scale industrial real estate owners, the firm said.

Curtis' appointment follows the recent promotion of Ross Lees to head of funds management for the wider Centuria real estate platform.

Commenting on Curtis' appointment, Lees said: "Following an extensive search, we are pleased that Jesse has agreed to join us as Fund Manager of CIP. Jesse is a well regarded industrial real estate executive with experience across a number of real estate disciplines. His experience will be integral to managing CIP's growing portfolio and continuing to position CIP as Australia's largest domestic pure play industrial REIT."
