Cbus names head of advice

Lynda Cross has been promoted to head of advice at Cbus.

Cross first joined the industry superannuation fund in late 2019 as manager of advice partnerships and performance. She spent more than 16 years with Mercer in a variety of roles, including scaled advice leader and strategic partnerships manager. Cross led phone-based and face-to-face advice teams providing a variety of financial advice solutions.

Cbus Super Fund group executive for member and employer experience, Marianne Walker, welcomed Cross to the fund. "Recognising the increasing importance of advice for members, Cbus is delighted to confirm Lynda's appointment as Head of Advice, which will play a critical role in developing and managing member experience at key points where advice is important."
