Cbus appoints Group Executive Member & Employer Experience

Cbus Super has announced the appointment of Marianne Walker as group executive member and employer experience.

Walker, who will join the $50 billion super fund in late October 2019, was previously director of customer support at Victoria's Department of Health and Human Services.

Commenting on her appointment, Cbus Super CEO David Atkin said: "Marianne has immense experience with complex customer experience systems. As Cbus continues our significant technological transformation, including the build of a new in-house member call centre, her vision and talents will ensure our members remain at the heart of everything that we do."

She will be joined on Cbus Super's leadership team by two fellow executive appointees: Wade Martin, as chief risk officer, and Nicholas Vamvakas, as group executive for strategy and growth.

In welcoming all three, Atkin said: "In Wade, Nicholas and Marianne we have three high calibre leaders with proven track records of delivery. I know that they each bring with them a fierce determination and focus on outcomes for members."
