Carne to serve as interim executive lead at Centrepoint

Centrepoint Alliance chief legal officer Marty Carne will lead the organisation's executive team following the departure of Angus Benbow at the end of May.

Carne, who holds a doctor of business administration from the University of Newcastle, first joined Centrepoint in 2016 as chief legal officer, has held senior management roles with several financial services organisations including KNM Group, Ruralco Holdings, and Prefsure Life Limited.

Carne started his career on the NSW Police Force and later moved into ASIC's enforcement division where he led investigations of directors and company officers.

Carne will lead Centrepoint while they search for a permanent replacement for Benbow.
