Industry fund CareSuper has appointed ex-KPMG director Jinglu McLay as its head of customer experience. She'll report to the fund's chief marketing officer Peter Theordorakopoulos, who said that McLay's "experience aligns with the Fund's long-term strategic direction and will help accelerate our commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for members and employers."
McLay is an experienced CX strategist with experience in management consulting and strategic direction. In particular, a spokesperson for the fund pointed to her experience in applying customer excellence principles and human-centred design in driving positive outcomes for both members and employers.
McLay was most recently a director for KPMG's customer, brand, and marketing advisory. She previously spent time as a senior manager with Accenture and was director of the business strategy for Nous group.
