BUSSQ has promoted chief operating officer Damian Wills to the role of chief executive officer. He will take over on 1 January 2021.
Wills joined BUSSQ as COO in 2016, replacing outgoing Linda Vickers, who then became CEO. Vickers is retiring at the end of the year after more than 22 years with the organisation.
Of her replacement, Vickers said, "[Damian] has a long track record in the superannuation industry and has proven to the Board that he has the leadership and strategic vision to guide BUSSQ into what is a complex but exciting future."
