BTFG appoints Distribution Manager for BT Open

Paul La Macchia has joined BT Financial Group in the role of NSW distribution manager for the firm's adviser services business, BT Open.

In a LinkedIn post announcing his appointment, La Macchia said: "Great to join BT and be part of the [Open Platform - BT] Panorama growth journey and success!"

La Macchia previously spent a decade as a business development manager at managedaccounts.com.au. Of his time with the firm, he said: "I am grateful to the team for the opportunities and pleased with being actively involved in a platform that has grown to over $13bn."
