BOQ names retail banking group exec

Martine Jager is set to join Bank of Queensland (BOQ) as group executive for retail banking. She replaces Lyn McGrath, who announced her plan to retire last year.

Jager joins BOQ from Westpac where she held several senior roles during her more than five years, including as chief digital and marketing officer. She also spent time with St George banking group as CEO of the RAMS financial group and GM for strategy, marketing, and customer experience.

A spokesperson for the organisation confirmed Jager's appointment as well as the addition of Rod Finch as transformation director for the retail banking operations.
