BOQ names chief customer officer from Virgin Australia

Bank of Queensland has named Danielle Keighery as its new chief customer officer.

Keighery joins the organisation after more than a decade with Virgin Australia. She held several senior roles during her time there, including group executive for public affairs. In 2019 she was named the chief experience officer following a shakeup to the company's leadership team.

She left Virgin in late 2020 around the time Bain Capital's takeover deal was approved.
