Blue Orbit AM appoints Chair

Blue Orbit Asset Management, a Melbourne-based boutique investment firm focused on listed equity investments for institutional investors, has appointed Damien Green as the non-executive chair of its board.

In this role, Green is responsible for governance and business strategy.

Green is the head of Australia & Asia at Independent Franchise Partners and previously served as head of asset management at Morgan Stanley.

He joined Blue Orbit Asset Management in early 2018, along with Julie Andrews and Megan Talmage. The firm was founded by former IFM Investors' investment director, Adam Randall, who serves as Blue Orbit's CEO and portfolio manager.
