Bennelong Funds Management chair Stephen Rix has stepped back from the chair position of Bennelong Funds Management, a role he's held since 2016.
Rix, who first joined the Bennelong board in 2010, will remain as a non-executive director. "The past few years have seen significant growth for Bennelong both in Australia and overseas," said Bennelong chief Craig Bingham. "Stephen's experience in a range of investment banking, private equity and infrastructure operations has been instrumental during this time.
"We're grateful we will continue to benefit from his experience as a non-executive director."
Rix is a former director of venture capital and private equity firm Nightingale Partners. He was also a director with Colonial First State Private Capital and held roles with Price Waterhouse, Merril Lynch Australia, and Hopkins Partners Funds Management.
