AustralianSuper promotes new head of talent from global recruitment ranks

AustralianSuper's new head of talent is a familiar face in the organisation. Richard Dias has been with the fund for just over two years, most recently as senior manager of recruitment where he managed the organisation's global recruitment efforts.

Dias has been in the talent and recruitment space for more than 10 years, including with Hays. Before coming to Australia in 2010, he held several positions at Lloyd's Banking Group in London.

Dias replaces Adam Gibson, who recently left the organisation.
