AustralianSuper has announced the appointment of John Dixon as a director on the $170 billion fund's board.
Dixon joins AustralianSuper as a representative of the Ai Group, replacing Heather Ridout who served 12 years as the Ai Group board representative, including the last six years as chair. Her successor as chair is recently-appointed independent director Dr Don Russell.
Commenting on Dixon's appointment, AustralianSuper said in a statement that he "will bring a wealth of experience after more than 30 years as a senior executive in the transport and logistics sector with Redstar Transport, Silk Logistics and the Skilled Group."
