Australian Ethical boosts distribution team

Australian Ethical has brought Keenan Bunning from Perpetual as a senior manager for adviser relationships. He's tasked with growing a team managing adviser relationships nationwide.

Bunning spent more than five years with Perpetual as a business development manager focusing on NSW and the ACT. He previously held investment sales roles at Colonial First State, Rabobank, and Citi.

Australian Ethical CEO John McMurdo says the ethical fund manager is focusing on expanding adviser relationships and B2B distribution due to growing demand. "We are seeing an accelerating movement of advisers and investors placing significantly more weight on ensuring their investments also create a better world for people, planet, and animals - on top of achieving above-market returns."

Bunning will report to Leah Willis, Australian Ethical's head of distribution. He's joined by Jeannie Bredberg and ex-ASFA marketer Sara Wakefield.
