Atrium appoints fixed income head

Atrium Investment Management (Atrium) has announced the appointment of Bill Prendergast to the role of head of fixed income, reporting to chief investment officer Alex Hone.

Prendergast previously worked at QBE insurance where he spent almost six years as a senior portfolio manager, including two years in New York where he established QBE's local investment management capability in the US markets and in Latin America. Before this, he held senior portfolio manager roles with Queensland Investment Corporation & AXA Investment Managers.
