AMP Capital promotes co-head of people and culture

AMP Capital has promoted people and culture business partner Lisa Hurley to co-head of people and culture.

The move comes following the departure of Madeleline Mac Mahon.

Hurley has been with AMP and AMP Capital since 2010 when she joined as a resourcing consultant, looking after international recruitment. She moved to AMP in 2012 as the graduate program manager and worked as a talent and diversity manager. She became AMP Capital's people and culture business partner in 2014.

Hurley is joined by UK-based Lauren Crystal as co-head of people and culture.
